ABOUT US

Follow -Through Incorporated is a 501 (c) 3 youth education non-profit that focus on College and Career readiness designed to reach underserved-under resourced student-athletes from Title one high-schools and assisting them to secure post high school athletic opportunities and presenting career options in the sports industry.

 We seek direction from our mission, vision, and G.O.A.L.S to provide innovative student-athlete centered activities, programs and services.

What We Do

Follow-Through provides year-round Student-Athlete Enrichment services through partnerships that supports student-athletes to realize their postsecondary goals by providing direct advising services to any junior and senior in the program.

Program & Services

The programs that make up Follow-Through are carefully crafted to engage student-athletes, their families, coaches and community, and ensure that our resources are deployed for maximum impact.

Get Involved

Follow-Through thrives off the help of our volunteers, coaches and administrators.  We are always looking towards our community for assistance in the development of our student athletes.
